The 'Story'
From a village in Kutch to the soaring skyline of Mumbai, this is a story of grit, sacrifice, and a dream that refused to break!
Lakhamshi bhai Patel was born in Momaymora, a small village in Gujarat where opportunities were scarce and life was simple. But he carried something far greater than circumstance, a dream born of determination. Guided by courage, he ventured to Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar, taking up work as a carpenter on harsh construction sites. Those early years were built on sweat, solitude, and sacrifice, but with every beam he raised, he laid the foundation of a future he quietly envisioned: to one day return and build. When he came back to Mumbai with his family of eight, Lakhamshi bhai had nothing but a fire in his heart and the little money he had saved, earned by selling ancestral land in Kutch. Driven by sheer will, he started a modest construction business. His skill and integrity soon spoke louder than words, attracting the attention of industry giants like Ajmera Group. But just as the dream was taking shape, life threw a cruel test his way.
At the start of his first independent development project, betrayal struck. A trusted partner betrayed lakhamshi bhai, leaving Lakhamshi bhai and Shree Group on the brink, drowning in debt and shadowed by uncertainty. And yet, this was not the end—it was the moment that defined the legacy. At just 21 years old, Jayesh Patel, Lakhamshi bhai’s son, stepped forward. With little experience but an unshakable resolve, he took on the daunting task of saving the family business. Night after night, challenge after challenge, he worked tirelessly to wipe out the debt and restore the dream. Not long after, his younger brother Vasant Patel joined him. Together, they poured over two decades into rebuilding what was nearly lost. They didn’t just revive Shree Group, they rebuilt trust, forged new relationships, and reignited a vision. And now, the third generation rises.
Bhavya Patel, son of Jayesh, steps forward to carry this extraordinary legacy. With the same strength that once carried his grandfather across distant lands, and the same resilience that lifted his father and uncle through crisis, Bhavya is now leading Shree Group into a bold new chapter – beginning with a landmark development in Andheri West. With the continued guidance of both his father and uncle, the foundation grows stronger than ever.
